Helix Bar Review courses are built using universal design principles, allowing every student to engage with the material in ways that work best for them.
We know that studying for the bar exam is a personal journey and no two students learn in exactly the same way. Helix presents content through a variety of formats designed to support different learning preferences and needs. This approach benefits all learners – whether you prefer more flexible study tools, want to reinforce concepts in different ways, are neurodivergent, have a disability, or simply learn best through multiple modes of engagement. Many students have told us that this design makes bar preparation feel more accessible, manageable, and effective.
From short videos featuring different formats and voices, to outlines with interactive checklists, Building Block Questions, digital flashcards, embedded quizzes, and live and on-demand webinars and workshops, Helix provides multiple ways to interact with the material as you progress through your studies.
To support focus, motivation, and accountability, Helix also includes:
• Coaching calls with a Helix licensed Attorney Director to help you stay on track and address questions throughout your preparation.
• Recommended Study Schedules with 10-, 12-, 16-, and 20-week options, providing step-by-step guidance as you progress through the course.
• A Game Center that turns study into fun challenges, while earning achievement badges along the way.
Helix takes a fresh approach to bar preparation, moving beyond the traditional model to create an experience that supports a wide range of learning styles and study preferences.
