If you need to switch from one UBE jurisdiction to another — or, beginning in March 2026, from one NextGen UBE jurisdiction to another — there’s no need to transfer your course. Because these are uniform exams, you can continue your studies in the same Helix course, regardless of where you sit for the test. The same applies to the MBE; it is identical across jurisdictions that administer it, so there’s no need to switch your Helix MBE course either.
