Yes. For multiple-choice practice, Helix Bar Review uses both NCBE-licensed questions and additional NCBE-like questions crafted by our expert panels of law professors. Helix MBE-style question development efforts were led by the former Director of the MBE program at the NCBE and created under the same conditions and in the same design established by the NCBE. No other bar prep company can make the same claim.
All practice essay and performance test questions in Helix UBE and Helix California, and practice essay questions in Helix Florida, are selected from released questions from past exams.
While there are currently no prior administrations of the NextGen UBE (so released questions aren’t available), Helix NextGen will include practice questions licensed from the NCBE. In fact, AccessLex collaborated with the National Conference of Bar Examiners to help develop a catalogue of practice questions for the NextGen exam, many of which will appear as licensed material in the Helix NextGen course.
