This error is likely caused by corrupt cookie data. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve issues related to outdated data.
Chrome Browser:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
Fully close and reopen the browser, then log back into the course.
Edge Browser:
- Open Edge browser.
- At the top right corner click
- Navigate to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Click on Clear browsing data
- Select “Choose what to clear”
Select:
a. Cookies and other site data
b. Cached images and files
- Click Clear now
