Receiving the error Bad Request – Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

This error is likely caused by corrupt cookie data. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve issues related to outdated data.

Chrome Browser:
 

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More
  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data. 

  7. Fully close and reopen the browser, then log back into the course.

     

Edge Browser:
 

  1. Open Edge browser.
  2. At the top right corner click
  3. Navigate to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  4. Click on Clear browsing data
  5. Select “Choose what to clear”

  6. Select:

    a. Cookies and other site data

    b. Cached images and files

  7. Click Clear now
