The following image may represent an example of the error you are seeing.
First, please make sure you have closed and logged out of any additional tabs/windows or devices which may have course content in them. Then depending on the browser you are using, complete the steps described below. When accessing the course again, please ensure you are only using one tab/window.
Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
- Click More tools
- At the top, choose Advanced and a time range of All time to delete everything.
- Please ensure the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked.
- Click Clear data.
- Fully close and reopen the browser, then log back into the course.
Edge
- On your computer, open Edge
- At the top right, click the 3 dots
- Click Settings then Privacy, search, and services.
- At Clear browsing data now, click Choose what to clear.
- Select a time range of All Time, then click Clear Now.
- Fully close and reopen the browser, then log back into the course.
